Recipe
Fill your blender 2/3 fill with your choice of fresh greens: spinach, kale, parsley, beet greens, collards, swiss chard or what ever you have on hand.
- Add a frozen very ripe banana or two.
- One Teaspoon of Chia or Flax Seeds (optional)
- One cup of Almond Milk or Water
- Add a medjool date for extra sweetness if desired
