Enjoy this delicious smoothie after exercising to keep that energy buzz going and going.

Using a high-speed blender makes this creamy, delicious smoothie come together in a matter of minutes.

Recipe

Fill your blender 2/3 fill with your choice of fresh greens: spinach, kale, parsley, beet greens, collards, swiss chard or what ever you have on hand.

  • Add a frozen very ripe banana or two.
  • One Teaspoon of Chia or Flax Seeds (optional)
  • Add a medjool date for extra sweetness if desired

Directions

  • Blend and enjoy.
