Two rising stars on the Vegan News Daily team have recently been featured on Facebook Live with plant-based expert, author and mega-personality Chef AJ.
The topic was a delicious one: a hands-on cooking demonstration by Elspeth —The Speedy Vegan–-Feldman and her dynamic daughter, raw vegan expert, wellness coach, certified yoga instructor and Marketing & Content Manager at Vegan News Daily.
With Elspeth leading the cooking demo out of her “test” kitchen in Maryland, Caileigh joining in from Massachusetts and Chef AJ hosting her show from California, the group covered a lot of yummy territory.
Most importantly, the viewers, of which there were more than a combined 9,300 on Facebook Live and Chef AJ’s YouTube channel, learned how to prepare vegan Zucchinni Manicotti and Sweet Potato Brownies. OK, spoiler alert: It was delicious.
As Elspeth noted, “It is an honor to appear with Chef AJ. Her energy, smarts and dedication to a plant-based diet has been an inspiration to me and so many others.”
