We should point out that France has a very special place in our hearts because it is where many of our family members live.

As for the origin of the crêpe itself, legend has it that a housewife in Brittany, France accidentally spilled some thin porridge on a hot flat stove. This mistake led to the discovery of how good a thin crispy pancake tasted.

Thus, the crêpe was born!
