KVD Vegan Beauty is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its vegan liquid liner, Tattoo Liner, with a new partnership featuring celebrity makeup artist, Daniel Chinchilla.
Chinchilla will be sharing tips and tricks on social media to achieve the best winged liner looks together with KVD Vegan Beauty.
