As your Vegan News Daily cooking instructors put the finishing touches on recipes for our upcoming series – Fall in Love with Flavor – beginning on September 22nd — we had a chance to sample one of the French dishes.
The platter we saw, tasted and devoured was Salad Nicoise. Spoiler alert: It is incredible.
Featuring a heavenly combination of French green beans, French lentils, artichokes, new potatoes, hearts of palm, tomatoes, lettuce, shallot-Dijon lemon dressing and herbs de Provence, it is divine.
