Here’s a simple, wonderful recipe from The Speedy Vegan!
* Fill your blender 2/3 fill with fresh greens: Spinach, Kale, Parsley or what ever you have on hand ( beet greens, collards, swiss chard etc)
* Add a frozen banana
* One Teaspoon of Chia or Flax Seeds (optional)
* One cup of Almond Milk or Water
Blend and enjoy.
