It’s hot, it’s summer and we all need to hydrate.

So, why not do it naturally and beautifully with infused water! It’s easy and delicious.

Adding fresh fruits and herbs to water — ideally spring water — increases the nutritional benefits. What’s more, it makes the water especially refreshing, slightly sweet and always delicious!

Here are a few examples:

Ingredients

Strawberry Basil

½ cup strawberries, quartered

2 sprigs fresh basil

2 cups water and ice

Raspberry Rosemary

½ cup raspberries

2-3 sprigs of rosemary

2 cups water and ice

Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit

½ orange, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

¼ grapefruit, thinly sliced

2 cups water and ice

Instructions

  1. Place the desired combination of fruit and herbs into a pitcher or glass jar and fill it with ice and water.
  2. Let the flavors infuse the water for 4 hours or leave overnight. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Cheers!
