Pineapple Ice Cream

Looking for a delicious, refreshing ice cream that is decadent, yet light?

Better yet: Want a dairy-free, healthy dish that you can enjoy for breakfast, dessert or dinner?

Then we’ve got your recipe — Creamy Thai Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream!

Here’s what’s special: Pineapples have incredible anti-inflammatory properties. The fruit contains a protein-digesting enzyme called bromelain.

Bromelain works to break down proteins in order to form peptides and amino acids in the body.

Pineapples got their name from the Spanish word “piña” which means pinecone. It actually is not just one fruit, but 100–200 little separate fruitlets fused together. Cool!

What’s more, did you know that…Thailand is actually the largest grower of pineapples in the world?! In Thailand, you can buy coconut ice cream on the streets from vendors. However, the traditional Thai ice cream contains egg yolks.

Not for us.

There is absolutly need to use milk or cream in this vegan ice cream—our recipe is also salt, oil & sugar free! Our Thai vegan ice cream will make you feel energized and blissful.

This delicious dessert recipe will be featured in our upcoming September vegan cooking series called Fall in Love with Flavor!
